I like working with kids because I love that I'm able to have a fun time hanging out with them and it's very rewarding because it allows me to focus on others and make the kids happy! I'm looking for a job that I can be 100% committed to, while also being 100% committed to school. I have classes from 11-330 and I want the job I have to respect my school schedule. I started working with kids when I was 13. I started by babysitting one of my family friends and then from there, I started babysitting other families on a regular basis. Also, every summer, I volunteer at Vacation Bible School at my church where I am the teacher of the class. One thing you should know about me is I grew up in a family where I was taught to treat everyone with kindness and respect, so I will treat kids and families the exact same way! My skills include CPR, Heimlich maneuver, and I have experience with teaching swim lessons.
