I'm a college student studying psychology, with a strong interest in aging, memory, and emotional well-being. I'm a certified dementia doula and have a passion for supporting older adults with compassion, patience, and respect. I love building meaningful connections and creating a calm, comfortable environment where individuals feel safe and valued. Whether it's providing companionship, assisting with daily routines, or simply being a supportive presence, I aim to make each day a little easier and more enjoyable. I'm responsible, attentive, and reliable, and I always prioritize dignity and person-centered care. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and errands. My goal is to support both individuals and their families by providing thoughtful, dependable care and genuine companionship.
