About Emma

Nurturing children's growth and celebrating their progress is my greatest passion. I have 12 years of childcare experience caring for up to four children at a time, ranging from infants to age 11. I also hold a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and have professional experience working with children with autism and other developmental needs. My ABA background has strengthened my ability to remain patient and calm, understand individual needs, encourage communication and independence, and respond thoughtfully to challenging behaviors. I enjoy supporting children's development through play, educational activities, puzzles, outdoor games, and age-appropriate routines. I am CPR certified and committed to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and dependable environment. I am also happy to help with meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping while respecting your family's routines and household rules.
