Emma helped care for my mom until her passing. Emma is very reliable and compassionate. She has excellent attention to detail and is familiar and at ease working with other caregivers, medical personnel, and hospice. I did not worry about my mom while she was in Emma’s care because I knew Emma was on top of things and readily communicated with me daily on mom’s status, needs, or any questions that came up. Emma is experienced with medication management, hygiene care, patient comfort, and schedule management among other things. She’s very proactive about patient comfort which I really appreciated about her.
