About Emma

Hi there! My name is Emma and I'm a rising junior in college. I'm currently pursuing a Journalism degree with a double minor in Hispanic Studies and African American Diaspora Studies. While my official tutoring career started this semester on care. com, I've been helping friends, family, roommates, and classmates with tutoring/editing for years now. Subjects I specialize in include writing, editing, journalism, and English. Additionally, I've tutored in Spanish, math, organization/time management, and ADHD-related subjects with great success. In all of my sessions, I prioritize organization, dynamic instruction, and open communication between me, my clients, and their parents. Outside of our Zoom meetings, I go above and beyond expectations by curating individualized schedules, resources, and curriculums. Simply put, I am incredibly passionate about helping high school/college-aged students get the learning help they need through one-on-one tutoring support.
