I honestly have no idea how we are going to replace Emma. She spent her summer home from university nannying for us - taking care of my 9 month old and my 5 year old when she wasn't at day camp. She was always on time, flexible with schedule changes, and ready to help in any way she could. Emma is incredible with children. Her calm demeanor flows into the children and she seems to intuitively know what they need, when. Both girls love her, and the baby is so happy when she wakes up from a nap and sees her come to pick her up. Emma is smart, thoughtful, and an absolute pleasure to sit and talk to when you get a break. Like I said above, she is irreplaceable. Any family will be lucky to have her in their home.
