About Emma

Hello there! My name is Emma! I am 22 years old, and I live in New Gloucester, Maine. Here is just a little bit more about me! I absolutely adore children of all ages, I have since I was a little girl! I believe that the most important job is to raise & care for the next generation, and that they are capable of amazing things with the right love & guidance! My childcare experience involves 5 years as an in-home nanny, 1 year at a nature-based home daycare, 2 years at a center-based daycare, and 6 summers of working at a children's camp. I am also the oldest of seven kids, so I am quite familiar with children! I have training in First Aid, CPR and Basic Water Safety, and have taken many online Child Development courses. I love planning crafts & fun activities with do with the kids. I believe in a relaxed, play/nature based environment whenever possible, and I believe in letting kids have a childhood at all costs!
