About Emma

I have 4 years of experience total between 3 years working at a before and after school program, 3 summers working as a day camp counselor, and nannying for a family with 2 boys (age 6) during the Covid lockdown in 2020. I was also a nanny for two boys (ages 6 and 8) summer 2023 and a part time babysitter during the 23-24 school year for 3 boys I am 21 years old and I am currently studying Special Education at Illinois State University and will be completing my student teaching this fall! I am hoping to build a relationship with a family as a babysitter. I can help with any home, personal, or care needs necessary. I am a fun loving person who enjoys joking around and being goofy- but I can also be a very patient caretaker. I have a lot of experience with behavior management and conflict resolution. I LOVE animals and have 3 dogs back home that I miss every day. I used to play soccer and enjoy organizing games and activities for kids.
