About Emma

I've spent more than 8 years as a childcare provider, and I'm currently less than a year from graduating with an education degree. I want to use my skills and experience to positively impact children's lives. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love encouraging kids to learn and be independent. I believe all children are capable of learning and growing, and I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive. I keep parents updated on their child's day and any issues that arise, and I'm comfortable enforcing household rules. I believe in open communication and working together with parents to create a positive and consistent environment for their children. I enjoy playing all sorts of games with children, but I especially love outdoor sports and physical games that promote learning and teamwork. I believe in a balanced approach to life, and I try to limit screen time and technology use.
