About Emma

Hi, I'm Emma! I have 6 years of part-time babysitting experience with infants, multiple children, and children with disabilities. I'm originally from Hyde Park, NY, where I cared for three families. While attending the University of Delaware, I babysat for another family, handling school pickups, trips to the park, meals, and laundry. After graduating, I moved to New Hyde Park and am looking for part-time childcare opportunities. My brother is disabled with a traumatic brain injury, which has taught me the importance of patience, attentiveness, and individualized care. I also have experience supporting children with autism and lower support needs. I'm currently interning at the Nassau County District Attorney's Office with hopes to attend law school in the future. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, cooking, and baking! My hourly rate varies based on the number of children and your family's needs. I'd love to help your family!
