About Emma

My name is Emma, I am 21 and I just finished my Junior year at Penn State University. While in high school at Mount Saint Joseph Academy I played tennis and lacrosse (and played club lacrosse as well). I played basketball and golf recreationally. I have a strong interest in reading, art and music and continue to be active in my community at home and school through a variety of volunteer initiatives. I believe my broad range of interests helps me to connect with children regardless of personality or interests. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, creative, and fun (and patient). I like working with kids because, as the oldest of three girls, I spend a lot of time playing with my sisters and teaching them new things. I find that to be very fulfilling.
