About Emma

From a young age, I've felt a strong pull towards working with children and helping others grow. After earning my bachelor's degree, I spent two years as a behavioral therapist at an autism therapy center. Now, as a social worker in the CLTS waiver program, I support families with children who have disabilities. I've been babysitting since I was 12 and have 15 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children and always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and communicating about their child's day. I am certified in First Aid and CPR, and my coursework includes Early Child Development. I can assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision.
