About Emmie

Hello! My name is Emmie. Just a little "about me": I have received my CDA in early childhood and have worked with children for 10+ years now. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I have worked with ages from 6 months to 15 years. I've worked in daycares as a floater and as well as a lead teacher for 1 1/2-year-olds. I have been a first grade teacher assistant for a private school in Indiana. I have also nannied for four amazing families! I would do basic everyday activities such as cooking, cleaning (laundry, dishes, etc.), taking to and from school, assisting with homework, read, play, spend a lot of time outside with the kids (pool, walks, sports), and take them to any appointments. For the younger ones, I would help with food prep, diaper changes, bath time, and do everything I can to create a fun and safe learning experience for them. These experiences have allowed me to gain a lot of knowledge on how to work with different ages and in many different environments.
