About Erica

Hi, I'm Erica and I have 10+ years experience with caring for ages from infant-teenagers. I also have experience with ages 1-3 in Early Intervention for speech delays and I'm knowledgeable in how to implement toy play and some sign language to help them with speech. I have a safe and reliable car, I don't smoke and I'm comfortable with pets - especially dogs! I'm also CPR certified. I would describe myself as being well organized, friendly, caring, reliable, fun, trustworthy and easy to get along with and when it comes to children I'm especially kind, patient and encouraging. I truly enjoy caring for kids and I love to do arts and crafts, sing/dance, read books, play games and go outside when weather permits. My ideal fit is 3-4 days/week, any times between 6 a.m. - 3/3:30 p.m. depending where I'd be traveling to/from. Days and times are flexible, but I would like a minimum of 24 hours. I'm also happy to accommodate a night out or weekend day/night on occasion.
