About Erica

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, friendly, driven I like working with kids because they are the future of our society, and they see the world with so much hope and opportunity. I started working with kids when when I was about 11 years old. I started babysitting younger family members & moved onto neighbors, and then nannying. Most recently I was employed as a Preschool teacher at a private preschool/daycare working with children 2-5 years old in a full 8-10 hour day 5 days a week. In my spare time, I like to camp, hike, take road trips out to national parks, read. One thing you should know about me is that I fully understand that this is your family/home and I will follow any and all instructions and exceeded your expectations My skills include planning activities, help with homework/assignments, helping with any tasks they still may be perfecting (i. e learning to tie shoes, potty trips, reading, counting etc.)
