About Erica

Nurturing young minds and supporting their development is my passion. Over the past three years, I have gained such passion caring for children ranging from newborns to 11 years old. I am patient, creative, and approachable, and I enjoy engaging children through outdoor activities, board games, and educational play. I have completed some college coursework and hold current First Aid and CPR certifications. I am comfortable caring for 4 children at a time and can assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and creative activities. I provide consistent updates through written reports or your preferred method of communication and am confident in maintaining and enforcing household routines and expectations. As a bilingual caregiver, I speak both English and Spanish. My goal is to be a dependable support system for your family while creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where your child can learn and grow.
