I worked as a preschool teacher with the public schools for 5 years. I also have worked as a nanny for 2 years. I have experience with newborns and toddlers. I am looking for a full-time nannying job.

Conversed with Erica over email for several days and we set up and confirmed an interview time and she didn't show up... Nor did she provide notice or try to contact me to say she wasn't coming. 


She has been a babysitter/back-up caregiver for our infant and toddler for the past year. She is very reliable, punctual and wonderful with our kids. She is patient, caring and very trustworthy. We are very happy to have her as one of our children's caregivers!

Erica is an amazing nanny. She arrives early and is ready to help when she gets in the house. We have a 4 month old and a 2 year old so our house is a busy place that requires a skilled nanny. Erica learned so quickly and is very adaptable. She immediately jumped right in to try to do all the duties she saw that were needed and was very positive about taking direction. Erica has a very pleasant and positive attitude that matches up with little kids perfectly. She took on our high energy girl who is 2 years old and instantly bonded with her and we could tell our daughter genuinely liked her, this is rare for us as we have had multiple people watching our daughter and she knows who is fake and who is the real deal. Erica is the real deal and I would highly recommend her if we didn't already have a full time nanny that's been with us for so long. I think that she would make an incredible full time nanny for any situation, but I almost hope no one snatches her up because our kids and us like her so much in the part time role she seems content to have with our family.

We scheduled to meet and she never showed! I called her cell phone, and she didn't answer.  We waited for 45 minutes thinking she may have been stuck in traffic but it clearly wasn't the case.  Very disappointed someone would just stand the other up after conversing about where to meet, what time and so forth.

Person didn't show up to a pre-scheduled interview.  Didn't provide advance notice or any explanation for no show.
