About Erica

Hi, I'm Erica! I have a degree from Texas Tech University in Human Development and Family Sciences. I am currently working full time with adults with special needs but am looking for a career change! I have been babysitting since I was 16 and I love being around kids! I worked as a part time nanny in college and loved it. In this job, I helped meal prep, did some light housework, helped care for animals, and planned activities for us to do. I have also worked in Kid's ministry and have experience lesson planning. I have cared for a variety of ages, from newborns to 12-year-olds. I love hanging out with the littles, I am comfortable taking care of newborns, and I love playing outside and doing crafts with kiddos! I am happy to help with light cleaning, meal prepping, traveling, taking care of pets, and helping with homework. I have a huge passion for working with both children and people with special needs and would love to use this with my future nanny family!
