Erika is very professional and fair with her pricing.  She did a very thorough job cleaning and left the house sparkling clean. 

So I found Erica through an app and reached out to her. From talking to her she sounded really courteous and polite. We booked an initial appointment for her to come over and see my house to make an estimate beforehand. She did and we were able to negotiate a fair price that was reasonable for the both of us. On the day of the cleaning she arrived on time and got straight to work and was done at a reasonable time and she did a great job cleaning and organizing. I hired her and she told me that she would start on Tuesday and will be there at my house at 2pm. I had changed my entire schedule for her and she never showed up. I kept texting her to at least let me know if she wants to continue or not. She didn't even bother to text me back. 
Also,her profile shows $15 to 20 / hr. When she met me she said she charges $30 to $50 / hr and the $15 to 20 / hr on her profile was "just there" !! 
Too much attitude and arrogance

Erika is very fast worker, very good listener what needs to be done. I had a baby in December and helped me with all unpacking with baby gift registry and organizing all gifts.
