I'd describe my personality as dependable, trustworthy and caring. I like tutoring because I'm able to help people grow and learn, enabling them to achieve their goals. I'm looking for a job that works with my schedule and provides an environment where everyone strives for improvement. I started tutoring when I graduated high school. I joined a tutoring company as I had acted as a mentor in high school and wanted to explore new ways to help people grow and learn. One thing you should know about me is I like to have an open line of communication for all parties to be on the same page at all times. My skills include listening, strategizing and finding creative ways to interact. It's important to notice where students have their strengths and use those skills and stepping stones into learning more.
