We hired Erika at the end of my maternity leave, and she was with our family for almost 6 months before she moved out of state. We had a wonderful experience with Erika. She was gentle, responsible, and reliable. Always on time and with the best attitude. She would pick up books in Spanish at the library to read to the baby each week, and was excellent at helping us keep his schedule and transition him as he eliminated bottles and naps. She was a blessing in our home and we miss her dearly.
