I have enjoyed a long career in child care. I began babysitting at 9, a nanny at 16, assistant teacher, lead teacher, director of infant care, and also an in home infant care provider. While I enjoy all ages my specialty is early childhood and more specifically infant care. I graduated with an early childhood certificate in the 90's and continued to enhance my knowledge with many years of specified continued education and even taught a few seminars. Needless to say I love sharing my time with little ones and assisting new parents. I enjoy helping new families navigate babies first year offering a needed break, or sharing insight on sleep, nutrition, development and more.

Erin is legitimately one of the best souls out there! I know my son Z is always in the best care when he's with her. Erin grows bonds almost instantly with kids and Z took to her so quickly. I choose her over even my neighbors who offer to babysit, and I live in Burnsville. She's got a happy aura about her always, and very educational for the younger ones who are learning how to eat, walk and talk with her past experiences. One of a kind person!
