About Erin

Hi, I'm Erin and others would describe my personality as creative, caring, and reliable. I like working with kids because it brings me joy as I appreciate the boundless energy and creativity they bring to every moment. I love their vivid imaginations, and I enjoy fostering and environment that encourages their playfulness and exploration. Kids also need someone to look up to and be a role model which motivates me to be a positive example for them. I started working with kids when I was 13 years old. At my church I worked with the ages of 2-4 every Sunday for about 7 years. During this time I also worked with 2nd graders for a vacation bible school during the summer. For the past few years I have worked with 6-8th graders as a small group leader and camp leader. Throughout high school I also watched over the kids of family friends or my neighbors. In my spare time, I like to read, walk/exercise, thrift, and start new projects.
