I have been involved in childcare for over 20 years. I am also a certified Transcendental Meditation teacher. My work has varied from running summer art and craft programs for preschoolers, as longtime nanny for an incredible family, running a Covid safe, in-home childcare throughout the pandemic, and as lead teacher in a nature based, Waldorf inspired state certified preschool in Iowa. I am passionate about facilitating learning through play, songs and stories, time outdoors, going to museums and educational centers and other varied environments to give children well-rounded, fulfilling experiences. Children in my care receive nourishment for their body, heart and mind. I love spending my time exploring the magic of the world with children, and I look forward to continuing the journey!
