Erin was phenomenal. I needed full-time coverage for the week between the end of school and the start of camp, and she was a wonderful fit. I have a five-year-old, high-energy boy, and I was very intentional about wanting him active and engaged throughout the day. Erin delivered on that completely, taking him to the pool, exploring different parks, and even visiting the library. She kept him moving and stimulated the entire time. On top of that, she was punctual and reliable every single day, which I genuinely appreciate. I would absolutely rehire her without hesitation.
