About Erin

I am a mother of 3, welcoming my 4th in Oct! I will be transitioning from my job as a pre-school/elementary Behavioral Health Professional back into nannying. I have 6 years of prior experience as a nanny. I cared for multiple infants/toddlers along with my own. This arrangement provided a family style setting, built-in playmates to socialize with, and enabled me to provide more attentive and personalized care than a daycare. When caring for infants, I tailor my techniques to best fit the child's needs (baby wearing, stroller walks for nap time, rocking to sleep, baby sign language, etc.). With toddlers and preschoolers, we would venture to parks, library classes, children's museums, do water play, and enjoy learning activities. I am a strong believer in connected parenting, unconditional positive regard, co-regulation, and scaffolding SEL skills. I am looking to provide long term care in my home, where our little ones can grow and develop together thru infancy and early childhood!
