About Eriq

Providing compassionate, person-centered support for adults with dementia, autism, and developmental disabilities is my passion, backed by eight years of experience as an LPN. I earned my Registered Nursing degree in January 2026 and maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications. I approach care with patience, empathy, and consistency, prioritizing structure, clear communication, and individualized routines to create a calm, respectful environment. I am experienced in managing dementia-related changes and supporting behavioral and communication needs through redirection, sensory awareness, and adaptability. I assist with daily living, mobility, medication support, meal preparation, and respite care, always promoting independence. I maintain open communication with families and can assist with appointments, errands, and community outings. I look forward to being a trusted, supportive presence.
