About Ermania

Hi! I'm Ermania, and I genuinely love caring for children. I started working in a daycare, where I gained experience caring for babies and young children and supporting their daily routines. After that, I worked at an autism center, where I learned how to provide individualized support, be patient, and build strong connections with children and their families. Right now, I also work with a family on weekends, helping care for their children and being someone they can rely on. Working with kids is something I genuinely enjoy, and I love getting to be part of their growth and development. I understand that trusting someone with your little ones is a big decision, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. My priority is always your child's safety, happiness, and well-being, while giving parents peace of mind knowing their little ones are being cared for with genuine kindness and attention.
