Hi! My name is Shana. Nurturing young minds is a true passion of mine. I have 3 years of Behavior Therapy and caregiving experience caring for special needs children. I offer a calm and patient approach, making me a friendly and approachable caregiver. I am comfortable caring for one or two children at a time, ensuring focused and individualized attention. I am well-versed in creating engaging experiences through board games, puzzles, and educational apps. I also respect and enforce household rules. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, ensuring a seamless partnership. I am also certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I am happy to assist with light housekeeping.
