About Esmeralda

At a time when I wasn’t sure if I would be able to continue to care for my mom at home, God sent us an angel! My mom has Multiple Sclerosis, Mild Alzheimer’s, Vascular Dementia, Osteoarthritis, Hypertension, Anxiety, and other health issues. She still very much wants to be independent, but we’re now at a stage where it’s in her best interest and safety to have someone with her most of the day. Trying to find someone whom my mom would accept and feel comfortable with was a challenge (multiple failed attempts); however Esmeralda has exceeded all of our expectations. My mom LOVES her! (and so do I!). Esmeralda is very knowledgeable about general senior care and aging, she’s the most prompt/on-time person I’ve ever met, she is VERY attentive and observant, she’s patient and kind with a passion and gift for caring for others, she’s an excellent communicator (leaves daily care notes, text, and will take pics), she takes her roll and job of caregiver very seriously, and she quickly learned my moms routine and needs. Esmeralda is very consistent and not only provides excellent care of my mom, but she’s respectful of our home and I can trust her. She practices all universal precautions and is very mindful about her health and wellbeing so that she can provide safe care to my mom. Esmeralda has years of experience providing care, all of her references spoke VERY highly of her and assured me that my mom was in the best of care with Her Esmeralda. She not only provides ADL care for my mom, but companion care as well. Esmeralda fit right in with our family and we are so very blessed to have her. My mom and little chihuahua both adore her. Because of Esmeralda, I can continue to work full time, have peace of mind when I’m away from home, and have my mom remain home safely where she wants to be. My prayer was to find a caregiver for my mom that will be with us long term as MS and Alzheimer’s progresses, so I’m very grateful and thankful we found Esmeralda.
