About Esther

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. For the past 12 years, I've provided compassionate in-home care, including live-in, hospice, and home health support. My skills include personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with mobility, physical activity, and errands. I am experienced in dementia care, medical management, and adapting to changing routines, including de-escalating stressful situations. I hold a college degree, CPR and First Aid certifications. I provide families with daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred communication method. Building connections through understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I approach my work with patience, empathy, and a detail-oriented mindset.
