About Esther

Esther has been a cherished part of our family for over three years, caring for our children since they were 5, 3, and 3 (twins). During that time, she has supported our family anywhere from 20–40 hours per week, always adapting to our needs with flexibility and professionalism. Her responsibilities have included full childcare, meal preparation, bedtime routines, children’s laundry, and light household tasks such as tidying play areas and cleaning up after meals. Beyond daily care, Esther has accompanied us on outings, field trips, and family events, seamlessly integrating into our lives with warmth and reliability. What truly sets Esther apart is the genuine love and connection she has built with our children. They often say, “We love Ms. Esther! We miss Ms. Esther!”—and as any parent knows, that says everything about the care, patience, and kindness she brings into a home. Esther has taken the time to deeply understand each of our children’s personalities and needs. One moment that stands out was during a visit to a new restaurant—before I could even navigate the menu for my very picky eater, she confidently ordered something she knew he would enjoy… and he did! It’s that level of attentiveness and intuition that makes her so exceptional. As our children have grown and our schedules have shifted with school and activities, our need for a full-time nanny has changed. However, Esther remains an important part of our lives, and we fully intend to continue working with her as needed. She is someone we trust wholeheartedly and consider family. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Esther with us for so many years, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a loving, dependable, and experienced caregiver. Any family would be lucky to have her.
