About Esther

Dear loving parents, As an ambitious 10-year-old I earned my first independent part-time job caring for two sibling toddlers. I soon realized how much I loved it and quickly found more work. Over the years, I have cared for many dozens of children from infants to young adults. I have worked with children in many settings including, but not limited to, classrooms, churches, personal, and businesses settings - many of which I had the pleasure of working with for years. I have found working closely with children, of all ages, to be tremendously educational and extremely beneficial to me in all areas of life. I have read many books that have given me incredible insight into the design and nature of children.
