About Esther

I have been working with children for over 20 years. I enjoy working with and helping children. I have worked in daycare centers as well as in the classroom. An educator at heart with a love for children. I have also worked with special needs children, worked as a co-teacher for children 2-3 years old and worked one-on-one with children teaching different learning and behavioral strategies. I have also worked as a nanny helping children with social skills, writing, reading, and math, helped keep the common areas clean, loading and unloading dishwasher, folding laundry, meal preparation and clean up, given babies bottles, brushed teeth, combed hair, drop offs and pick ups, sports, outdoor safe play, tea parties, puzzles, games, and organizing of paperwork and rooms, and talking with the child's teacher. These experiences have helped me to develop the skills not only to instruct, but also to motivate and encourage.
