Applied for my job posting where I clearly stated terms and rates, after several care messages over 2 week period and texts finally stated she did not agree with job posting of hourly rate and instead wanted $150 for one bedroom apartment under 700 square feet in size. would not recommend, not very professional or clear on what she is offering.
