About Eve H

Hi! My name is Eve , and I am 27 years old. I have 12 years of experience working with infants and children doing mother's helping, babysitting, and nannying. I've worked with children ages 2 months to 12 years old. My childcare philosophy centers around empathetic care, creative exploration, and building confidence. I enjoy introducing children to music and dance. I believe that every childs needs are unique, and deserve to be treated with kindness. I hope to make children I care for feel comfortable, so that I can create a safe environment for growth and development. Children are curious, and I strive to foster a love for learning, the arts, and nature, in age-appropriate ways and through fun activities and day trips! In my care, I emphasize the importance of communication with the parents, ensuring we work as a team, and that I follow all instructions provided for their children. I will use a kind, caring, and calm approach, using conversation to work out issues come up.
