About Everett

Hello! My name is Everett. I am a recent college graduate based in Olympia, WA. I like working with kids because all of them are so unique. I enjoy helping small humans learn about the world and watching them grow into who they are as people. I'd describe my personality with children as kind, funny, and calm. I value setting clear boundaries and rules while also respecting each child as an individual and as a person. I started working with kids when I was 11 as a babysitter to earn some pocket money in my small community. Over time, I realized I enjoyed being a mentor and caregiver to children, and helping out parents is always a plus! One thing you should know about me is I love music! I can play four different instruments and enjoy playing solo and in groups. In my spare time, I like to write, swim, knit, and play with my cat Kabo.
