About Fabiana

I hold an Associate Degree in Humanities and have four years of experience working with children ages 2-5, including children with and without special needs. I have training in Special Education and Early Childhood Education, with experience in both general education and ABA-based programs. I also speak English and Spanish and I am learning Portuguese as well. I have taught free pre-kindergarten classes through a non-profit organization serving low-income families and have also worked in a preschool autism classroom within an elementary school. My experience includes using ABA strategies, positive reinforcement, structured routines, and individualized support to promote children's academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development. I am caring, patient, responsible, and committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for every child!!! :)
