I am a career nanny of 11 years. I started and operate a small nanny placement agency on the side since 2018. In May 2023 - perhaps my greatest achievement - I welcomed my own little love, who is the most happy and playful little girl. I am currently looking for either of these types of weekday positions: 1. A part-time morning position in your home or mine ~8-12 p.m. [2-4x/wk] 2. Full(ish)-time position, ~8-4 p.m. [2-4x/wk], with afternoons in my home I pride myself in being a fun-loving, kind and reliable nanny with lots of experience to share. I am highly skilled with newborns to grade school aged kids. I prefer to utilize Montessori and Reggio-Emilia philosophies in my methods of teaching/learning, lots of outdoor time and no screen time. I've seen first-hand how impactful daily socialization can be for our little ones and I am a huge advocate for nanny-share style caregiving. I met Falon as a fellow nanny when she previously had two kiddos for a while before having her own baby girl. She is one of the MOST patient Nannie’s I’ve ever met and so sweet and nurturing. She used to work with a kiddo who had some extra needs and was always so attentive and finding ways to help him get through a typical day in the best way possible. I would highly recommend her as your nanny because of how patient, kind, caring, flexible and fun she is with kids. You will not be disappointed!
