About Fang

Hello, my name is Fang. I am a caring, patient, and responsible person with experience supporting others. I have provided personal care and daily support for family members who were unable to care for themselves after surgeries. I have also supported individuals with autism and understand the importance of patience, consistency, communication, and a safe environment. I completed First Aid and CPR training in both China and the United States, including American Red Cross certification in the U. S. I have strong safety awareness and understand emergency response. My background in project management has developed my organization skills, attention to detail, risk awareness, and ability to follow schedules and care plans. I am compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing respectful care, companionship, and support for individuals and their families.
