Extensive experience (over five years with one family)in Hartsdale, NY- next to Scarsdale- I cared for the children, 6 an 9 years old of a two career family where the father traveled a lot and the mother was an attorney in New York City. I was responsible for the all aspects of the children's daily schedule, getting them up and out in the morning, providing after school care and driving them to various activities. I did the laundry, planned and prepared all meals, did all the shopping and ran errands. I love working with children. I really enjoy seeing them grow and acquire new skills, abilities and watching their personality develop. I taught the young girl I cared for how to dance salsa, speak unaccented Spanish and cook.
