From her very first visit, she stepped in to help when I was completely overwhelmed, rearranging our living room furniture and removing an area rug so that a hospital bed could be set up. She demonstrated strong organization and clinical skill by setting up a rolling 24-hour chart to manage a complex medication schedule with shifting dispense times. She also maintained a detailed daily log tracking activities and health observations. Whenever I needed over-the-counter supplies, she gave exact recommendations on what to buy. Fartun has a soft-spoken, gentle, yet confident, manner. Prior to meeting her, my partner refused personal care from anyone other than me, but she felt comfortable enough with Fartun to allow her to assist with bathing and hygiene.
