Fatima is an exceptional caregiver. She is engaging, communicative, respectful, and incredibly thoughtful with my 2-year-old son. She does an amazing job with make-believe play, keeps him constantly engaged, and brings so much energy and care to her work. She always respects my wishes as a parent and communicates very well about timing and needs. I especially appreciate how gentle and respectful she is while teaching my son about consent, boundaries, and developmental skills like potty training. He is thriving in so many ways, and Fatima has played a huge role in that. I would highly recommend her to any family.
