About Fatima

Hi, my name is Fatima! I truly love working with kids it's my passion. I have experience caring for children of different ages, and I always try to create a safe, fun, and positive environment for them. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I support children with autism. This has taught me patience, understanding, and how to handle different behaviors in a calm and caring way. I've also worked in after-school programs, helping kids with activities, homework, and playtime. I would describe my personality as patient, kind, responsible, and energetic. I enjoy keeping kids engaged with games, outdoor activities, and creative learning. I'm also very attentive and make sure children are always safe and well cared for. I'm reliable and flexible with my schedule, and I always communicate clearly with parents to make sure their needs are met. My goal is to not only care for your child, but also make sure they feel happy, supported, and comfortable.
