Fatima was an amazing caregiver for my son, who has complex medical needs and underwent open-heart surgery. She cared for him in our home and was extremely attentive, responsible, patient, and compassionate. Because of his medical history, it was very important for us to have someone who was comfortable caring for a child who required extra attention and close monitoring. Fatima made me feel comfortable and confident leaving my son in her care. She was very observant, followed his care routine carefully, paid attention to his needs, and always treated him with kindness and love. She is dependable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the children she works with. I would absolutely recommend Fatima to any family looking for a caring and responsible caregiver, especially a family with a child who may have additional medical or special-care needs.
