Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. With almost 10 years of experience as a caregiver, I'm passionate about promoting well-being and independence. My college degree has equipped me with a solid foundation, complemented by CPR and First Aid training. I provide live-in care, transportation, help with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with empathy. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method.
