About Fay

I am a dedicated Special Education assistant with 1 year of experience working in public schools and fostering inclusive learning environments for students with a wide range of needs. I hold an engineer degree, but 4 years ago, I decided to switch my career to education, and I chose to work with children with spacial needs. I believe that by giving them care and special attention and by implementing positive behavioral interventions, we can bring positive change in their lives. I am deeply committed to empowering students to discover their unique strengths. I believe in building trust, developing a relationship with the child, customizing the care plan to meet individual needs, and promoting social-emotional growth.
