About Fernanda

Hello there, or should I say "Howdy!" I live in the Binghamton area with my husband after moving here from Sao Paulo, Brazil. I say "professional" because I have completed 2 full contracts as an AuPair with AuPairCare. During these 2 years, I've been a live-in AuPair (or Nanny) for several children with special needs, an adorable baby, and a toddler. I'd be happy to provide glowing references, as I still keep in contact with these wonderful families. During my time as an AuPair, I've been tasked to handle all of life's experiences with these children. Baths, dietary changes (babies switching from milk to solid foods), tantrums, travel/vacations, hospital visits, grocery store trips, school pickup/dropoff, meal preparations, laundry, living room cleanup (those toys get EVERYWHERE!), next-day preparations, after-bath naps.... all of it. You name it, I've done it with these wonderful families. Thankfully, no injuries, but I am ASHI Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certified!
