About Francell

Hello, my name is Francell! I am a veteran of the US Air Force, looking for a position that works with my schedule! I love working with children because I'm able to teach and guide in a playful manner. I'd describe my personality as energetic, creative and organized. I always cared for my younger family members from the time they were in diapers. I started working as a child care provider when friends or family would recommend me to their peers. During my time in the military, I also cared for my chiefs/ superiors children and or pets. As a veteran, I've worked with many families, caring for children ages 5 months to 9 years old. I have experience assisting with homework as well as assisting during virtual grade school classes (post quarantine). One thing you should know about me is I take a general approach to childcare. I am very empathetic and love to teach children the basics of caring for others. I look forward to meeting you and your little one!
