Francelly is AMAZING. I needed a temporary nanny to fill a gap and am so happy Francelly was available! From her upbeat personality and love for babies I could tell she was going to be perfect for the job, which she was! She helped our family with many obstacles. Our twins were not on a napping schedule when she joined us and within a few weeks she was able to get the babies on an age appropriate schedule. She also helped us with the introduction of solids, she taught us so many pointers. Francelly is very knowledgeable about milestones and exercises to help achieve them. She had the babies doing all sorts of exercises that benefited their growth. When she started our twins were only doing a little tummy time, in just a few weeks they had progressed so much in tummy time, sitting, reaching, holding things with two hands, rolling over and more. She was always on time, happy, clean, and very organized. Great child care is hard to fine, if Francelly is able you cannot go wrong!

I truly can't put into words what Francelly means to me and how much she helped me in navigating the role of becoming a first time mom. Francelly started with us when my twins were about a month old and stayed with us till they were almost 6 months old. Francelly taught me so much about babies, I truly would have been at a loss without her. She is very organized, clean, and an excellent cook. She not only watches out for the babies but she watched out for me as well and made sure I was taking care of myself. She truly became a part of our family and I know my twins loved her. She made sure they did their exercises (tummy time), would take them on stroller walks, read to them, sing to them you name it. I would highly recommend Francelly for any nanny position!

Francelly is amazing. I hired her when my daughter was born until she was 2 years old that we decided to put her in school to socialize. In those two years I was completely spoiled. Francelly took care of me and my family. She will make sure to leave dinner ready before she took off. Her food is amazing. She is a great organizer. My kids loved having her around cause she was fun to be around with and very active. I would hire her anytime.

I highly recommend Francelly as nanny she worked for me for two years. she had a live out position she was a nanny to my children, who were 2 and 4 aged when Francelly started to work for us. Francelly's responsibilities as a nanny in my home included taking care of E. and L., taking them to school, and after-school activities, preparing meals, performing household duties. I can say with no doubt that Francelly took her responsibilities very seriously and performed her task very well.
